Custom Gaskets Cut 

Gimas produces and delivers anywhere Custom Cut Gaskets based on Customer's drawings, made from the following materials:

• Oil and Fuel Resistant Rubber
• Neoprene
• Fabric Reinforced Synthetic Rubber
• Asbestos Free
• Graphite Fabric
• Polyurethan
• Expanded Rubber
• Guarnital Sheets

Starting from the original Drawings in DXF or DWG format sent by the Customer we can produce any sort of Gasket, thanks to our ATOM FLASHCUT 15155 blade cut board machinery, a versatile system allowing us to quickly produce gaskets according to Customer's specifications, using an innovative technology, quicker than water cut in terms of material setup and preparation, and with the same final results. Material cutting is performed by a pneumatic plotter/blade, with different blade possibilities, according to specific material to be cut and required design.

Gimas puts at disposition of all the Customers requesting it also its Internet Services running on Oracle Technology, aiming to speed up and organize Drawings and Information exchange:

• CONTENT SERVICES an On Line Repository to share Drawings and Files, also of big size, with Gimas. Each Customer requesting it will have its own dedicated and exclusive area (not accessible by others)
• FORUM SERVICE to exchange Information and to forward whatever sort of requests. Gimas personnel is notified every time a new message is written int the Forum, to be able to answer in the quickest possible way.
